The two main ticketed zones are the Grandstand zone in front of the hotel along Koval Lane, and the Beer Garden located in The Front Yard.  Festivities and activities will be property wide.

Yes, the casino and restaurants will be open to the public.  The Front Yard will be open for normal brunch hours (10am-3pm) but will only be accessible to ticketed Beer Garden guests after 6pm.

Tickets are on sale on at this website.  There will also be same day purchasing available, pending availability.

Tickets are emailed upon purchase with a QR code that can be scanned at the door.

No, Ellis Island is its own experience and guests will only have access to events at Ellis Island.

Guests are only allowed in their ticketed zone; Grandstand tickets do not have access to the Beer Garden at the Front Yard or viewing platform.  All guests have access to the casino and restaurants.

Yes, guests can come and go as they please.

You can purchase a single-day ticket for another day if tickets are available.  You can also upgrade your grandstand ticket to a three-day pass if tickets are available (three-day Beer Garden tickets are sold out).

Ellis Island will have a designated pickup and drop-off spot on property.  There are also other designated spots nearby, within a 15-20 minute walk.  There is also a rideshare drop-off location at Flamingo Road and Hospitality Cir – across the street from Fogo de Chão and Panera Bread. Refer to map at the end of this FAQ

The northern driveway (closest to Flamingo Rd) will be the main entry point for all guests and ticketholders.  Grandstand access will be on the hotel side, of the driveway.  Beer Garden access will be through the casino and at the main entrance of The Front Yard.

Access to Ellis Island will always be available by heading westbound on Flaming Rd (from Paradise). Road closures start each race day at 5:00pm.  Before 5:00pm, access to Ellis Island will be available both eastbound and westbound on Flamingo Rd. Expect delays if arriving after 5:00pm.  See “Traffic Flow” map below for more details.

Due to road closures, we strongly recommend walking to Ellis Island.   Parking will be very limited. We strongly encourage guests to arrive before the 5:00pm road closures if they are arriving by car. Formula 1 is providing a hotel shuttle for guests staying within the track zone.  This shuttle can be found at 3987 Paradise Road Las Vegas NV 89119. This service will only be available during the "hot track" times (roughly 5:00pm-2:00am).

Yes, there is a pedestrian bridge at Koval and Flamingo which grants access at all times. All pedestrian traffic must come from the intersection of Koval and Flamingo. Patrons can access the monorail to travel the length of the strip.  Horseshoe (formerly Bally’s) is the closest monorail stop and is about a 15-20 minute walk from the property. See "Traffic Flow" map below for details.

The doors open for both experiences at 6:00pm each day.  Check-in lines start at 5:00pm and you may also pre-check-in as early as 3:00pm at The Front Yard (for both ticket types).

Yes, the casino and hotel will be open 24/7, and ticket holders can enjoy any of the other amenities and venues on property.

Registered hotel guests will have access to the hotel.  There will be entry checkpoints inside the hotel lobby for grandstand ticketed hotel guests to access the grandstands directly from the hotel. If you have a ticket to the Beer Garden at The Front Yard, access to the hotel will be available from surrounding doors outside of the Grandstand Zone.

There is limited on-site parking available.  Hotel guests are guaranteed one parking spot, and anything else is first come first served.

Registered hotel guests have designated parking areas.  Please see the map at the end of this document.

We strongly encourage you to arrive by rideshare or by taking the monorail and walking.  Parking will be very limited.

Smoking is not permitted in the grandstands or the viewing platform.  There will be designated smoking areas on premises.  Smoking is also permitted inside the casino.

Ellis Island will use large event bag policies that are standard to Las Vegas. Each guest can bring a bag made of clear vinyl or PVC that must not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” and a small clutch bag, 4.5” x 6.5” x 2”. Any necessary medical items are excluded from this policy, but these items are subject to search prior to entry. Bags and items that are not allowed include, but are not limited to, purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, seat cushions, luggage of any kind, computer bags, and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.

Prohibited items include but are not limited to non-clear bags, any item that is or could be classified as a weapon, chemical agents, medications not in the original container, incendiary devices (fireworks, flares, etc.), paraphernalia, pets or non-service animals, strollers, collapsible or non-collapsible chairs or stools, flags, banners, large signs, professional photography and videography equipment, noisemakers, bells, whistles, megaphones, airhorns, vuvuzelas, glass, outside food and drink, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, cigars (and other tobacco products), and any other item deemed to be hazardous. Clothing and/or items resembling protest materials or calls for unrest will be prohibited up to and including trespass from property.

Your Beer Garden ticket includes access to The Front Yard and the outside viewing platform.  You can move between these two locations at your leisure.  The live race feed will be shown on screens throughout both areas.  Your ticket also includes food, soft drinks, water, and Ellis Island beer.  Wine and spirits are available for purchase.

There is no assigned seating in the Beer Garden at the Front Yard or on the viewing platform.  All seating and tables are first come first served.

There are over 20 flat screen TVs in the Front Yard.  The main screen is 18ft and is the focal point of the room.  There will also be screens on the viewing platform, and the race will be shown on the Ellis Island marquee screen.

Guests will have access to the restrooms inside The Front Yard and on the casino floor.

Your Grandstand ticket includes access to the Turn 4 at Ellis Island Grandstands as well as the food and beverage area behind the stands.  Your ticket also includes food, soft drinks, and water.  Wine and spirits are available for purchase.

Yes, you have an assigned seat which you received on your ticket confirmation email.  If you purchased a single-day grandstand ticket you will receive your seat assignment at check-in.

Guests will have access to restrooms within the Grandstand zone as well as those located on the casino floor.

We will have DJs each night 6pm-2am.  Food and beverage stands will be open throughout the event.  Some of our sponsors will have activations on-site.

We are currently selling merchandise at our promotions booth so anyone can stop in today and pick up their favorite Turn 4 items.  During the event we will have merchandise tables/areas set up in both the Grandstand and Beer Garden areas.  We currently have a full zip hoodie, a long-sleeve t-shirt, blankets, sunglasses, a keychain, hats, scarves, and knit hats.

We will be offering a variety of food and beverage options, including staple Ellis Island favorites.  Metro Pizza will also be available in the Grandstand food stalls.  We will be offering our award-winning Ellis Island beer (including a new Turn 4 Apex Lager), and we’ll have wine and spirits available as well.  Some of our premium liquor partners will also be pouring themed specialty cocktails.

Yes, Wi-Fi will be available in both experiences.

Each experience will have a small selection of vegetarian and gluten-free options.
