- Where do I check-in when I arrive?
Please check-in first at the Ellis Island Casino Promotions Booth before heading to the F1 Race Check-in Tent / On-site Ticketing along Rochelle. See below for times regarding the Check-In Tent.

2. Turn 4 Race Weekend Livestream Watch Party at Ellis: Watch the action at our Beer Garden Livestream Watch Party inside The Front Yard, a two-story indoor/outdoor beer garden atrium, located inside Ellis Island Casino.

Tickets include:
- Unlimited Food, Beer, Wine and Soft Drinks Included
- Access to FREE Viewing Area and Platform along Koval Lane
- LIVE Race Feed on 20+ TVs & 18-ft Mega Screen inside The Front Yard Beer Garden

‍FAQs for Livestream Party Ticket Holders:

- Do you need a Passport Players Club for the Free Viewing Area and Platform?
If you have Livestream tickets you are automatically given access on the Free viewing area and platform. Once you check-in at The Front Yard you will be given a wristband for the livestream and this wristband also gives you a fast pass to the platform in a special area.

- Are you allowed to go in and out of Livestream Party at The Front Yard?
Absolutely, you can easily go in and out as you please including to the Free viewing area and platform and the casino.

- Are you sold out of Saturday-only and 3-Day Livestream Party tickets?
Yes, however we do have a very limited number of Heineken Grandstand (3-Day) Ticket Packages across the street.

3. Free Viewing Area and Platform along Koval Lane: The list to submit your interest is now closed and Saturday is at full capacity.

This complimentary viewing experience offers both an elevated viewing platform and a ground-level viewing area with prime race views of the action. Submitting this form does not confirm access.

- When will I know if I have a confirmed ticket?
You may be alerted as late as the same day as the race. Please email turn4@ellisnv.com for further questions. Management reserves all rights, including the right to approve, deny or revoke access at any time for any reason. Limited availability.

- What are the access details for the Free Viewing Area & Platform?
Must be a Players Club Member to get access (age 21+). Membership free to join upon arrival at the Promotions Booth.
1. Current Members: Visit the Promotions Booth or a promotional kiosk on the casino floor to receive your printed kiosk voucher.
2. New Members: Visit the Promotions Booth to sign up for a Players Club and to receive your printed kiosk voucher.
3. Bring your voucher to Outside Check-In to receive your wristband.

Reminder: Every person must have their own printed kiosk voucher to receive a wristband and access the Free Viewing Area and Platform. Each day guests are to follow the same steps. For questions please email turn4@ellisnv.com

If selected, you can have up to five tickets. Every person must be a Players Club Member to get access (age 21+).

- What time does the Free Viewing Area and Platform open?
3:30PM gates open

- How can I get access?
It is available for guests who are members of our Passport Players Club and who have received an invite and confirmation email for access. If guests have already received their confirmation email, they can print their voucher at the kiosk. See steps above.

All other platform-only guests should be directed to the Promo Booth to receive information regarding the platform access

- Will the free viewing area and platform have food and drinks?
Yes, food, drinks, and merchandise will be available for purchase.

- What is the bag policy?
The small bag policy is each guest can bring a bag that must not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” and a small clutch bag, 4.5” x 6.5” x 2” - NO TOTES OR BACKPACKS.
Any necessary medical items are excluded from this policy, but these items are subject to search prior to entry.

Yes, you can buy tickets to our Beer Garden Livestream Watch Party inside The Front Yard, a two-story indoor/outdoor beer garden, at Ellis Island. Food, beer, wine, and soft drinks included, closed-circuit viewing, general admission seating, access to FREE viewing area and platform along Koval Lane, and unbeatable race-day energy included. Doors open at 3PM.

We are sold out of single-day tickets. However you can secure 3-Day  Ellis Island x F1® Las Vegas Race Ticket Packages here. These include seats in official F1® ticketed zones located near Ellis Island—plus enjoy exclusive Ellis Island perks when you book with us.

Ellis Island will have a designated pickup and drop-off spot on property, which is located in the parking lot outside the Ellis Island Hotel Pool.  There are also other designated spots nearby, within a 15-20 minute walk.  There is also a rideshare drop-off location at Flamingo Road and Hospitality Cir – across the street from Fogo de Chão and Panera Bread. Refer to map at the end of this FAQ

The northern driveway (closest to Flamingo Rd) will be the main entry point for all guests and ticket package holders. The new Rooftop Deck and the Beer Garden at The Front Yard access will be through the casino.

Access to Ellis Island will always be available by heading westbound on Flaming Rd (from Paradise). Road closures start each race day at 1:00pm.  Before 1:00pm, access to Ellis Island will be available both eastbound and westbound on Flamingo Rd. Expect delays if arriving after 1:00pm.  See “Traffic Flow” map below for more details.

Due to road closures, we strongly recommend walking to Ellis Island.   Parking will be very limited. We strongly encourage guests to arrive before the 1:00pm road closures if they are arriving by car.

Yes, there is a pedestrian bridge at Koval and Flamingo which grants access at all times. All pedestrian traffic must come from the intersection of Koval and Flamingo. Patrons can access the monorail to travel the length of the strip.  Horseshoe is the closest monorail stop and is about a 15-20 minute walk from the property. See "Traffic Flow" map below for details.

Yes, the casino and hotel will be open 24/7, and ticket holders can enjoy any of the other amenities and venues on property.

Registered hotel guests will have access to the hotel.

There is limited on-site parking available.  Hotel guests are guaranteed one parking spot, and anything else is first come first served.

Registered hotel guests have designated parking areas.  Please see the map at the end of this document.

We strongly encourage you to arrive by rideshare or by taking the monorail and walking.  Parking will be very limited.

There will be designated smoking areas on premises.  Smoking is also permitted inside the casino.

Your Beer Garden ticket includes access to The Front Yard.  The live race feed will be shown on screens throughout the 2-story indoor/outdoor beer garden venue.

Doors open at 3PM. As a Turn 4 Livestream Party ticket holder, you are welcome to come and go at any and all times from the Beer Garden Livestream Party and the Free Viewing Platform on Koval. The event ends at 11PM.

There is no assigned seating in the Beer Garden at the Front Yard.  All general admission livestream party seating and tables are first come first serve.

- Bags: Must meet the size and transparency requirements (e.g., no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and transparent, or small clutch/fanny packs no larger than 6” x 9”). More details.
- Containers: Bottles, cans, glass or metal vessels (including empty/refillable bottles) are banned.
- Food and beverage: No outside food or alcoholic beverages are permitted. One non-alcoholic beverage per person is allowed at some venues under specific conditions.
- Seating: Collapsible or non-collapsible chairs or stools are not allowed.

We will be offering a variety of food and beverage options, including staple Ellis Island favorites at The Front Yard beer garden and the Village Pub & Cafe with award-winning BBQ.  The new Metro Pizza will also be available.  You can enjoy our award-winning Ellis Island beer throughout the casino, and we’ll have wine and spirits available as well.  Some of our premium liquor partners will also be pouring themed specialty cocktails.
