Since pouring our first ice-cold glass of beer in 1998, the Ellis Island Brewery has risen to become the #1 brewery in all of Nevada, not to mention being awarded “Best of Las Vegas” by the Las Vegas Review Journal in 2015 and 2016.
Today, the brewery brews over 1,000,000 glasses of beer every year in six permanent categories and several seasonal flavors.
ELLIS ISLAND BREWERY: BEERS ON TAP
LIGHT BEER
Uniquely handcrafted using 100% natural ingredients: barley malt, rice, the finest American hops and hand selected lager yeast. This beer is great with any food choice and it will not leave you feeling full!
AMBER
Distinctive amber ale that contains a hoppy, European taste and rich caramel color. An all around good beer for any food that isn't sweet, it compliments well with a sandwich or a hearty soup.
WEISS
This Bavarian-style beer is brewed with a larger amount of wheat malt, which produces a clean, rich flavor. A light effervescent drink with the yeast left in the beer and served with a slice of fresh lemon.
PORTER
A dark brown medium-bodied Porter with a pleasant roast and chocolaty finish. Pairs best with steaks, burgers, and chocolate desserts.
INDIA PALE ALE (IPA)
A west coast style IPA with notes of citrus and tropical fruit from the variety of Pacific Northwest hops used. Pairs well with spicy food.
ROOT BEER
An old fashioned, all natural, real “brewed” Root Beer. This non-alcoholic drink is thick and creamy and will remind you of an old root beer stand.
